- Prepare the Marinade: Place thinly sliced chicken breasts in a bowl and cover with buttermilk. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight for best results.
- Preheat and Prep: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). While it's heating, create the creamy topping mixture.
- Mix the Topping: In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt or mayonnaise, half of the Parmesan cheese, dried minced onion, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Mix until well incorporated.
