- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- ½ cup milk
- 3 cups vegetable oil (for frying)
For the Coating:
- ¼ cup sugar

- Prepare the Batter: In a mixing bowl, combine Bisquick, sugar, vanilla, and milk. Stir until you achieve a smooth, well-incorporated batter.
- Heat the Oil: Pour vegetable oil into your 2-quart saucepan and heat over medium heat for 5 minutes or until it reaches 350°F.
- Shape and Fry: Using a teaspoon, carefully drop half-teaspoon rounds of batter into the hot oil. Work in small batches of 4-6 balls at a time.
- Cook to Perfection: Fry each batch until they achieve a beautiful golden-brown color, approximately 2-3 minutes per batch.
- Drain: Remove cooked donuts with a slotted spoon and place them on paper towel-lined plates to drain excess oil.
- Add the Coating: Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. While the donuts are still warm, gently roll them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until well coated.
